William Ponder
Partner Will advises on patents and designs in most areas of physics and engineering. In addition to patent searching, drafting and prosecution worldwide, Will handles opposition and appeal hearings at the European Patent Office and at the UKIPO. He also advises on infringement and validity issues, and has experience of conducting freedom to operate searches.
