Phil Treeby is a Partner in the Patents team at Maucher Jenkins and is a Chartered Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, Higher Courts Litigator and Registered Representative before the Unified Patent Court. He has extensive experience in worldwide patent prosecution and in conducting oppositions and appeals (including oral proceedings at the EPO), acting for clients in the United States, Japan and South Korea, with particular interests in ion implanters and mobile telecommunications networks.
