Sam Habbas is Chairman of ASAR – Al Ruwayeh & Partners and established the firm's international division in 1988. He is an accomplished corporate lawyer who advises and acts as lead counsel to local and multinational clients on commercial, banking and finance, aviation finance, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas, energy and infrastructure projects and multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, and he leads ASAR’s private clients practice advising family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals on governance, succession and wealth matters.
