Senior Associate at ASAR - Al Ruwayeh & Partners since May 2016, advising on commercial litigation, arbitration, agency & distributorship, employment, construction, intellectual property and taxation matters. He has represented a regional bank in a KWD 33 million dispute, an international joint venture in a construction claim exceeding KWD 50 million, and defended a multinational in a criminal case brought by the Kuwaiti Environmental Authority.
