Paul Day is a corporate and commercial law partner based in Kuwait at ASAR - Al Ruwayeh & Partners, with the firm since 1999 and prior practice in Canada for six years. He advises local and international clients on franchise matters, establishment of Kuwaiti companies, employment, construction, taxation and agency/distributorship matters, and regularly represents international construction and engineering firms in litigation and arbitration involving state-owned and governmental counterparties.
