Maryam Al Bastaki is an Associate in Newton Legal's corporate team in Bahrain, advising on acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, company formations and general corporate and commercial matters. She advises clients including H.R.H. the Prime Minister’s Office, Bahrain International Circuit, Amana Healthcare Bahrain and Mubasher Capital, frequently assists foreign investors entering Bahrain, and joined the firm as an intern in 2021 before being promoted to Associate in 2023 after secondments to Investcorp and the National Bank of Bahrain.
