Counsel at Newton Legal in Bahrain, she is a member of the firm's corporate team advising regional and international financial institutions and leading national companies on Bahraini law, corporate governance, corporate law and data protection, and on aligning regulatory compliance with commercial strategy. Nadia rejoined Newton Legal in 2024 (originally joined in 2016) and was promoted to Counsel in 2026; she previously served as Associate Vice President – Legal at Investcorp and was seconded to Al Jazeera Media Network.
