Olivier Fournier is a Partner and National Leader at Deloitte Legal Canada LLP, based in Montreal and Toronto, who practices tax law with a focus on tax litigation and tax controversy from audit and objection stages through tax appeals. He assists clients in resolving tax disputes both in and out of court, manages complex tax audits, and advises on tax planning for domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, having acted before the Tax Court of Canada, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
