Edyta Defańska-Czujko is an advocate and a graduate of law from the University of Warsaw with over 17 years' experience advising employers on HR and employment matters. She is Local Partner and Head of HR Law department at Deloitte Legal / Gizicki i Wspólnicy sp.k., specialising in employment restructuring, cross-border employee transfers, flexible forms of employment and executive remuneration, and regularly represents employers before courts and control authorities.
