Partner of the Employment practice at Deloitte Legal in Spain, Fernando Bazán is an expert in labor law specializing in workforce restructuring, downsizing plans and collective bargaining, with extensive experience in preventive defence and litigation, employment records, dispute resolution, due diligence and advising on the labour implications of M&A and business succession. He joined Deloitte in 2014 after roles at Garrigues and CMS Albiñana (where he directed the Employment practice) and a period in the New York office of Kavanagh Maloney & Osnato, and is recognised by Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
