Partner on the Banking area of Deloitte Legal at Deloitte Abogados who joined the firm in July 2020. He is an expert in financial regulation with a background in the financial and real estate sectors; his career includes service as an Inspector at the Bank of Spain (from 1992), first Finance and Strategy Director at FROB (2009), and General Manager of Legal, Control and Risks at Sareb until June 2020, and he teaches Accounting for Financial Institutions at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and is a speaker in IE University's Advanced Banking Law Program.
