Greg Allen is a Partner at Allen McMillan Litigation Counsel and an experienced trial and appellate litigator who appears at all levels of court in British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has a diverse civil and commercial litigation practice with particular expertise in shareholder remedies, municipal law, defamation and administrative law, and has made 10 appearances at the Supreme Court of Canada (eight as lead counsel).
