Regional Managing Partner, Ottawa at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP who focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on product liability and product recalls, insurance and personal injury, stockbroker negligence, access to information, commercial litigation and administrative law. He has acted as counsel in all courts in the Province of Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada and has held leadership roles including National Leader of the Insurance and Tort Law Group and Regional Coordinator of BLG’s Product Liability and Securities Litigation groups; he is a member of the firm's National Management Committee.
