National Leader, Electricity Markets at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Shane specializes in corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the resource and infrastructure sectors, with emphasis on electricity, water and natural gas. He has over thirty years' experience in senior legal positions with major utilities in Ontario and Alberta and in private practice, is involved in procurement and development of projects across Canada, and is Chair of the IBA Section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law and a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Power Producers of Ontario.
