Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Canada who advises public and private clients on environmental risk management, directing complex environmental claims, defending regulatory proceedings, and advising on transactions and related insurance, municipal, expropriation and real estate matters. She has extensive appellate experience, having represented clients before all Ontario courts and the Supreme Court of Canada, appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal, is a member of the firm's ESG initiative, and serves clients in English and French.
