Ian Matthews is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP who focuses on complex commercial and appellate disputes, with extensive experience acting in class action proceedings and cross-border matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, is a former Supreme Court of Canada law clerk, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008 and admitted to practise in New York in 2011.
