Guy Pratte is an award-winning senior counsel at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including class actions, as well as administrative and constitutional law. He frequently appears before the Supreme Court of Canada, provincial superior and appellate courts, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, and was named to the Order of Canada in 2022 for his legal and pro bono contributions.
