Partner in the Corporate Commercial Group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP with extensive experience advising on infrastructure and construction projects (including public-private partnerships and design‑build) across health, transportation, education, water/wastewater and corrections. He is a published author and lecturer, a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, and is called to the Saskatchewan (1990), British Columbia (1999) and Yukon (2015) bars; he is also licensed as a Professional Engineer in Saskatchewan and British Columbia.
