Partner in the Competition and Antitrust group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Canada, advising on proposed mergers, competition compliance, criminal cartel matters, foreign investment review, advertising and marketing law, and international trade (including tariff classification, dumping and subsidy investigations). He litigates class actions relating to alleged cartel and misleading advertising violations, co-leads the firm's Public Policy and Government Relations Group, collaborates on cross-border matters for multinational clients, and spent a year seconded as corporate counsel to a major information technology corporation.
