Counsel at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP who specializes in environmental law, advising on Ontario, federal and municipal environmental legislation, permits and compliance, and on environmental aspects of business transactions including due diligence in mergers and acquisitions. She also has notable litigation experience defending clients charged with environmental and regulatory offences, conducting appeals of remediation orders, and serves in leadership roles such as Chair of the Environmental Law Section Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association.
