Steven Mason is Chair of McCarthy Tétrault’s National Intellectual Property Litigation Group and has acted as lead trial and appellate counsel in a broad range of IP cases in Ontario, British Columbia, the Federal Courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also practised IP litigation in California and is an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Faculty of Law, teaching Intellectual Property Law.
