Emily Hansen is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution department at Nathanson, Schachter & Thompson in Canada, practising general commercial litigation with a focus on contractual and other business disputes. She has appeared before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Provincial Court of British Columbia and clerked for Madam Justice MacKenzie and Mr. Justice Savage of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia in 2016–2017.
