James C. MacInnis, K.C., is a Partner at Nathanson, Schachter & Thompson who practices commercial litigation and regularly appears as trial and appellate counsel before the British Columbia courts. He has more than 20 years' experience, has been recognized by Chambers Global, Best Lawyers Canada, Lexpert and Benchmark Canada, and clerked to the Chief Justice of the British Columbia Court of Appeal in 1997–1998.
