Emrys Davis is a partner at Bennett Jones LLP who litigates complex competition/antitrust matters and class actions, representing clients in merger disputes, criminal and civil investigations, and alleged anti-competitive conduct. He acted as trial counsel for the Commissioner of Competition in the successful 2015 abuse of dominance application against the Toronto Real Estate Board, represented Panasonic Corporation before the Supreme Court of Canada in 2018, and was Chair of the Competition Litigation Committee of the Canadian Bar Association in 2018/2019.
