Partner at Woods LLP with a diverse commercial litigation practice representing public and private corporations and their officers, directors, shareholders, auditors, contractual partners and creditors in complex contractual disputes, professional liability claims, oppression remedies and shareholder rights, injunction proceedings and commercial arbitrations. Played leading roles in the defense of BCE Inc.'s privatization (approximately $52 billion), the subsequent defense of purchasers in a $1.2 billion break‑up fee claim, and litigation related to the $32 billion asset‑backed commercial paper restructuring.
