Partner in the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions department at Bignon Lebray, Florence Dedieu began her legal career in 1987 at Arthur Andersen International Archibald and joined Bignon Lebray in 2004. She focuses on corporate law and restructuring transactions (including mergers and partial asset transactions), coordinates legal monitoring for large French and international groups, and served as President of Bignon Lebray’s Executive Board from 2013 to 2016; she is referenced in Legal 500 EMEA 2024 and IFLR 1000 2024.
