Partner - Tax at Jeantet based in France, representing French and international clients, companies and investment funds on a wide range of tax matters including tax and criminal advice and litigation, transfer pricing, management of intangible assets, structuring of management packages, executive compensation and real estate taxation. Admitted to the Paris and Frankfurt Bars, he has recognised experience in the Franco-German sphere and has held senior roles at Rhône-Poulenc, Ernst & Young (head of the French Desk in Frankfurt), Marcus Partner (Managing Director and Head of Tax) and LPA-CGR (Head of Corporate-Tax and of the Franco-German Department).
