Partner - Corporate M&A at Jeantet based in Paris; Ruben Koslar advises international (including German‑speaking) clients on M&A transactions and all aspects of corporate law, joined the firm in 2015 after several years at a leading French business law firm. He has significant deal experience across retail/consumer goods, MedTech/life sciences, logistics, automotive/mobility and infrastructure (including renewable energies), is regularly quoted on foreign investment control in France and lectures on legal aspects of M&A at SciencesPo.
