Bradley Joslove is a Partner at Bersay based in France and a member of the Paris and Washington, D.C. bars, recognized as a leader in digital law. He advises French and international clients on technology-related matters — including IT, cloud computing, digital transformation, AI and machine learning, data protection and security, outsourcing, e-commerce, encryption and export controls — and on commercial, distribution and consumer law; he previously practiced at Baker McKenzie, Salès Vincent & Associés and Franklin, served as Vice President and General Counsel EMEA at C3.ai, and founded Joslove Digital Law in 2020.
