Marie Boustany is Counsel in the tax department at LPA Law in France, specialising in real estate taxation and development projects. A member of the Paris Bar since 2015, she advises French and international clients on acquisitions and disposals, structuring of investment vehicles (such as SIICs and OPCIs), restructuring and outsourcing of real estate assets, and day-to-day tax management of investments.
