Typhaine Geoffroy is Counsel at LPA Law in the Real Estate transactions and asset management department, specialising in real estate law with a particular focus on leasing. A member of the Paris Bar since 2013, she advises French and foreign clients — including institutional lessors — and primarily works on BEFA-type transactions for clients in the health, industry, logistics, telecoms & cloud and hotel sectors.
