Counsel at LPA Law in France, member of the Paris Bar since 2012, specialising in tax law and advising French and foreign clients on acquisitions and disposals of companies, assets and real estate portfolios, structuring of investment vehicles (SIIC and OPCI), real estate restructuring and outsourcing, and day-to-day tax management. Previously an associate in the real estate tax departments of Baker & McKenzie (2012–2015) and Fairway (2015–2017).
