Partner at LPA Law based in France, specialized in African business law with almost 30 years' experience advising companies on transnational investments to and from Africa. He has particular expertise in OHADA business law and acts as legal and tax advisor on investments and international operations; he is active across banking, insurance, financial services, agribusiness, industry, distribution, logistics, hotels, telecommunications and real estate and teaches in Master 2 Droits Africains (Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne) and the DU droit OHADA (Université de Bordeaux IV).
