Partner at Racine, Eric Barbry specialises in intellectual property, information technology and data protection, advising companies and digital-sector players on digital transformation, e‑commerce, IT security and protection of intangible assets. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1999 and joined Racine as a partner in 2018; he also holds roles on industry bodies including as Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of Acsel's Legal Committee.
