Partner at Racine and co-head of the firm's Competition Team, with almost 20 years of experience in French and EU merger control, State aid, anti-competitive practices (including cartels and abuse of dominance), damages actions and the regulation of foreign subsidies and foreign investment control. He regularly assists and represents clients before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and French and European courts.
