Guillaume Thuleau is a partner at Racine advising and litigating on social law and social security matters for French and international companies. He handles the social aspects of M&A, risk management before judicial and administrative authorities, and both individual (employment contracts, incapacity, workplace harassment) and collective (collective status, negotiation, relations with IORPs) employment issues; he has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2007 and joined Racine in 2012.
