Partner at Mermoz Avocats specializing in competition, distribution and consumer law, with extensive experience advising clients in complex litigation before the European Commission, the Competition Authority and national commercial courts. Founding partner of the firm Fourgoux (later Fourgoux-Djavadi & associés), he joined the Fidal network in 2019, is a regular contributor to Dalloz, Lexis-Nexis and Concurrences, and teaches competition law at Sciences Po Paris, Paris-Saclay University and La Rochelle University.
