Counsel at August Debouzy based in France who advises French and foreign companies on IT and technology projects, including software integration, outsourcing, artificial intelligence and e‑commerce, and on related legal issues such as IT law, intellectual property, data protection, consumer protection and cybersecurity. He also assists on merger and acquisition transactions with a focus on commercial and IT aspects and has undertaken secondments to client legal departments.
