Hélène Billery

نبذة

Partner in the Public Regulatory Environment department at August Debouzy who advises public and private entities on business public law, with particular expertise in environmental law, urban planning, public procurement and public health law in both advisory and litigation matters. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008, she began her career at Sygna Partners, worked in Montreal and New York in litigation and health/biotechnology law, and has lectured at Paris I and Paris IV and regularly delivers public law training to clients.
