Philippe Lorentz

Partner at August Debouzy and head of the Tax group, joined the firm in September 2005. He previously worked in the tax departments of the French Atomic Agency (CEA) and Areva and at PwC (promoted to partner in 2002), advising French and foreign groups on tax aspects of investments, M&A and investment funds, and handling tax audits and litigation.
