Counsel at August Debouzy with dual legal and corporate experience, specialising in compliance, the digital economy, regulatory issues and European law. He served as Director of Legal and Government Affairs at Microsoft Europe (2016–2022), Secretary General of Microsoft France (2006–2016), chaired the French Association of In-house Lawyers (AFJE) from 2019–2022, and is an Associate Professor at Aix-Marseille University; he is also a member of the Copyright Council (CSPLA).
