Partner at FTMS Avocats based in France, Jean Néret is an agrégé of the Law Faculties and a Doctor of Law (University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas) who specialises in employment and social security law. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1977, passed the agrégation in private law in 1982, founded the Employment Law Department at Jeantet in 1990, held the chair of labour law at the University of Paris XII, and joined FTMS with his team on 1 January 2020.
