Christophe Gerschel

Partner at Alerion who participated in the firm's creation in 2003. He is a tax and corporate/M&A lawyer with experience in sports law and mid‑market deals (below €100m); former tax inspector (1989–1994) and lawyer at Bignon Lebray, he directs the Master’s in Mergers and Acquisitions at Saclay University and has served as an EU-appointed tax expert; he is a member of the Paris Bar and the IBA.
