Sandrine Benaroya is a specialist in M&A and LBO (Private Equity) with over twenty years' experience advising investment funds and medium and large companies, particularly in the media, entertainment, distribution and industrial sectors. She advises on complex transactions including carve-outs; she joined Fairway A.A.R.P.I. in June 2021 and previously worked as an associate at Hoche (1997–2001) and as a partner at AyacheSalama, and also serves as an independent director and trainer supporting young companies.
