Vinscent Schmitt is a partner at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in France, advising international and domestic groups and private families on a wide range of tax matters. He has particular experience in the Wines & Spirits sector and handles corporate taxation, transfer pricing, financing and investment, property taxation, succession planning, executive mobility, and cross-border tax audits and litigation; he is a graduate of IAE Paris and the University of Strasbourg and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1993. He is a member of the French branch of STEP.
