Anker Sorensen

نبذة

Partner at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, permanently based in Luxembourg, who advises on the sale and acquisition of companies, partnership agreements, debt restructuring, the closure of industrial sites and related litigation, regularly representing clients in Northern Europe and the UK. He is an author and commentator on corporate rescue, a former chair of the French section of the Turnaround Management Association, and is regularly recognised for his M&A and restructuring work.
