Alice Bellières is an IP/IT lawyer advising on a wide range of intellectual property matters, handling both contentious and non-contentious work including trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition and proceedings before IP offices (INPI, WIPO) as well as litigation before civil and commercial courts. She advises French and international clients—particularly in the luxury, publishing, fragrance, design and technology sectors—and handles IP-related contractual matters, online enforcement and domain name disputes.
