Partner in Franklin's Real Estate department advising investors, developers and occupiers on real estate asset valuation, development and construction matters, with particular expertise in the hospitality and managed real estate sector (senior residences, student residences, coliving). She assists major French and international groups on real estate transactions, redevelopment, commercial leases, transfer of business, construction contracts, hotel management and franchise agreements, and advises on real estate litigation including commercial lease disputes.
