Sylvie Canonge is a Partner at Nomos who specialises in French and international corporate taxation, advising on restructurings (acquisitions, mergers, approval applications) and on operational tax matters. Her practice is divided between consultancy and tax litigation (audit assistance, claims, legal remedies); she began her career at Arthur Andersen, worked at Thomas & Associés and contributed to the creation of Nomos, and is a member of the IACF and 2ISF.
