Partner at CLEACH Avocats, Melvina Valerii has led the firm's Intellectual Property and New Technologies department since its creation in 2019 and has over 14 years' experience advising French and international companies on IP‑IT matters. She advises on trademarks, patents, designs, copyright, data protection and IP aspects of transactions, represents clients in litigation and ADR, and is recognised in WIPR Leaders 2025 and 2026.
